What started as a frustrated and disappointing experience with Premier Turf has now turned into a satisfactory service. Alex reached out to me and has attended to my requests in a efficient, accommodating and professional manner. He worked with me according to my budget which I was very grateful for as the job on hand was not something I could do on my own. I really appreciate the service provided and trust that it will be an ongoing service in the years to come. .......I am extremely disappointed with this company. I started to use their services and had them come out for pest control. I have since then attempted multiple times to arrange a booking to take up their seasonal offers and even asked about an annual package deal. I have written numerous emails, lest several text messages with not a reply. Not reliable at all and very disappointing

I highly recommend Premier Turf Care! I had a really tricky narrow north side garden that needed help. It was too high of sand and mulch, is in total shade and cold in winter, scorching hot in summer. Plus there was some pretty huge feature cactus to work around to make the job even more challenging. Alex quoted and accepted the challenge thankfully! He went out of his way to speak to his wholesaler in regards to what ground cover would suit the elements along with compliment the cactus. Once we had a plan set out, the crew turned up on time, were polite and professional and communicated clearly to me each stage they were at. They dug out the sand, added edging and a new Retic line, planted, mulched, cleaned up, shut the gate, job done! It looks fantastic and now I can simply sit back and watch the garden thrive over the spring and summer months. So happy - Thanks heaps guys!! : )

Hardworking team and honest communication. Alex had heaps of foresight about what is really needed vs unnecessary for the job to be done. We had our current lawn extended to the fenceline with SWB turf and job was well done; ground was levelled, new turf was cut and neatly installed 💯👌 Thanks a million guys!!
